This week we’ve seen most lenders increase their FIXED interest rates. Best owner occupied 3 year fixed rate right now is The Rock Building Society at 5.95%. There have been no changes in VARIABLE rates and the RBA cash rate remains at 4.25%. Best std variable rate currently is Macquarie Bank at 6.49%.
