Kelly Beverley
Kelly is a Director of HLC, Mortgage Advisor and licensed Property Buyer’s Agent with over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry and is Credit Advisor (CA) accredited with the MFAA. Kelly has been assisting clients with mortgage finance to secure their home, investment property, to refinance, finance their build or help them with a property in their SMSF. Kelly’s qualifications include Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking), a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources.
Kelly has the education, experience and ethics to help our clients navigate through the hundreds of home loan options in the market. Kelly’s clients have found using her as their broker and the conduit between the lender, lawyer and agent in the process invaluable. In her spare time Kelly is a Club Captain and a Patrol Captain on Sydney’s beautiful Queenscliff Beach.
Natasha Davey
Natasha is a Mortgage Consultant with HLC and started her career in accounting and moved into the finance industry as a Senior Mortgage Broker and Relationship Manager in 2001. Natasha has gained a wealth of experience with various mortgage broking and financial planning businesses and her clients praise her passion for helping them achieve their long term goals and her exceptional care and service as why they seek her out as their trusted advisor. Natasha has a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) and a Diploma of Finance Mortgage Broking Management. She is also a Credit Advisor (CA) accredited with the MFAA.
Natasha’s other passions are her family which include her Great Danes “XL” and “Simba” weighing in at approx. 80kg each!
