We were faced with a tricky situation, we had put a deposit on a house we fell in love with before selling our existing property as we had verbal approval for the loan, however the broker we had was unable to secure the loan and wasted time. We were recommended to Kelly and she took it on in the most professional and thorough manner. We then had a close deadline, a large bridging loan to get, and tricky title issues which had to be resolved before we could get the loan. Kelly is an amazing communicator she was in constant contact with me, the solicitor and bank, and helped us work through everything, she had a great relationship with the bank and knew all about their processes so was able to speed things up. Thanks to Kelly the loan went through in time for settlement. This was a very stressful time for me and Kelly was always there to answer any questions and reassure me during the whole process, amazing. I will be recommending Kelly to everybody and will always be using her for any future financial needs.

I highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for mortgage finance. She was a wonderful support throughout my first home purchase, did all the work and had me organised. She coordinated all requirements with my lawyer, the agent and negotiated a better rate with the Bank for me. Kelly’s broad experience and professionalism made me feel comfortable and confident with buying my property. I talked to a few different brokers, and Kelly was by far the best choice. I have already advised friends to go to her for their first or next home purchase.

They say purchasing a home is one of the most stressful things you can do in your life and going from prior experience alone I would tend to agree, however this time around it didn’t even come close and that is thanks to Kelly and the meticulous way in which she handled our finance.
Kelly was always one step ahead and took an extremely proactive approach, always checking in with the bank, myself and our solicitor to ensure everything was processed in a timely manner both when we were poised for auction and on settlement day. We made it through both of those milestones with little to no stress and no frantic phone calls as Kelly had ensured everything was ready well before each deadline.
Kelly’s communication was also second to none with everything explained in a clear and concise manner and any clarification questions I had were always responded to promptly. In short, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kelly and The Home Loan Company.
